Your introduction
MISTER PIXEL STUDIO LTD is responsible for the information you share with us. Our registered office and full contact details appear in the privacy notice.
We use your name, contact details, introduction, portfolio or showreel links and any professional information you choose to provide. If you link to a public portfolio or professional profile, we may review the work and experience shown there.
An introduction is voluntary. Please send only what is relevant to your work; we do not need identity documents, health information or other sensitive details at this stage.
How we use it
We use this information to read your introduction, discuss your skills and availability, and consider you for a relevant opportunity being discussed. Our legitimate interest is finding and working with suitable creative and production professionals.
If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we may also process the information needed for those steps. Further information required for an engagement will be explained at that stage.
People on our team review introductions. We do not use this form to make solely automated hiring decisions.
An introduction does not automatically enrol you in a long-term talent database or a marketing mailing list. If we introduce a talent pool for future projects, we will explain its purpose, retention and your separate choice.
Who can see it
Information is available to the team members who need it to review your work and handle the relevant conversation or opportunity. Sending a portfolio does not make it public on our website.
Our email and, where enabled, form-delivery providers process the information needed to deliver and store your message. Provider details and international processing are explained in the privacy notice.
We may also retain or disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your introduction for the active discussion and relevant opportunity. We consider whether a conversation is still open, whether an engagement follows and whether contractual or legal records need to be kept.
We review and remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. We do not treat an initial introduction as permission to retain a portfolio indefinitely for unrelated future projects.
You can ask to withdraw from consideration or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. If a legal reason requires us to keep some records, we will explain it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information.
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including our use of your introduction to consider a collaboration.
Contact [email protected] to exercise a right or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another applicable supervisory authority.
